CLAIMING UIF
We offer comprehensive assistance with consultation on filing your maternity, illness, unemployment, or retirement claims.
Unfortunately due to new legislation regarding the POPI act, Labour will not assist a 3rd party with any information regarding a claim's status. Thus our role is advisory, and you would need to email all your forms and follow up on your claim directly with Labour.
We also have no control over employer declarations, and as such we can only advise you on what is outstanding, but we cannot obtain or capture this information on your or the employers behalf.
PAYING UIF
Are you a domestic or small business employer? We can help with getting you and your employees registered to pay UIF. We can also assist with arrears payments.
